Strang thing happened

I'm 32 years old and this was the first time this has ever happened to me. I was fine all day till night time. My body got really hot, but I was cold, shaking, week, my head hurt, and the right side of my chest was hurting. Seared my husband. I thought I had a fever, checked it, but that wasn't it, I went to bed, tried to sleep, woke up around 2am, broke out in a cold sweet. Some of my friends said it might be my blood sugar, but I know that wasn't it, Ive had blood sugar problems before, nothing that like that. When I got up in the morning, I was nauseous, and a bad headache. Someone said that I might be pregnant. Well I know that isn't it, I can't have anymore kids. Then another person said it might be menopause, so I don't know.

It's good that you're going to the doctor soon.  It's pretty common to feel like you do after having had a bad migraine, too.  Just so you know.

Thank for the info, you might scratch your head on this one, I'm not sterilized, my husband is, and has been for some time now. At the time before he got fixed, they said I was to young, so he got fixed. So I don't know, I'm going to my Doctor soon, I'm out of my medication for my shoulder. I have bad arthritis. I'm feeling a little better today, just week, and dizzy.

Unless you have something like PCOS or other clearly diagnosed female illness, I don't think it was anything to do with menopause or peri-menopause.  It's possible, but not likely.  If you have had a total hysterectomy, then you can have hot flashes and other menopause symptoms.  If you weren't told this is a possibility with a total hysterectomy, you should have been told this.  After all, the ovaries are responsible for regulating female and male hormones in women.

Do you get migraines?  Nausea and bad headache plus hot flash tells me you must have had a migraine.  The hot flash could have been part of your aura that a lot of us get prior to getting the migraine.  I can look like someone has slapped me across the face on one side and have redness down my neck and across my chest, looking and feeling like I ought to have a fever.  It's the visible part of the hot flash for me.  If you're seeing a doctor for the migraines, you definitely should report this one to your doctor, because you had some chest pain with it.  If you have GERD and/or IBS, though, that could explain the chest pain with the migraine.  GERD can even cause the heart to speed up when the burning is that bad.  It can also cause pain near the center of the chest, particularly just below the sternum.  GERD and IBS symptoms can definitely become agitated during a migraine, too.

One thing about migraines is that while you can typically have a certain type of migraine, you can occasionally have a different kind or at least have different symptoms than what is usual for you.
