Icky Shame and Weird Stuff Exists

Sometimes I randomly get this icky feeling of shame and it makes me uncomfortable about being around anyone.

Other times it's weird things exist.  Like I'll see someone's face and it's just really weird that that person exists.  Or it's weird that a dog exits. Or I'll take a look around and feel like everything is so fake.

Does any of this sound familiar or make sense?  Is it related?

I don't want to worry you but you might want to talk to a therapist about how you are feeling. Unexplained feelings of shame can sometimes be linked to depression or traumatic experiences.

Yes i think you are just very observant and you analyse everything.  I feel like I am in my own world half the time.  I am not sure why I am like this or when it started as I am 34yrs old and I feel like I have been like that forever

Have you had anything traumatic happen in your life recently?  I mean have you always been like this?
