Hi
Thanks for keeping me posted!
Breathing difficulty with wheezing is seen in asthma and allergic bronchitis. If you have been diagnosed with asthma in the past, inhalers will help you ease breathing by dilating your airways to allow more passage of air. At night you can raise the head end of your bed to 30 degrees by pillows. You can also take steam twice a day to loosen the mucus in your lungs.
Breathing problems without wheeze is also felt in obesity, GERD, anemia etc. Take up yoga, deep breathing exercise, walking and get investigated for the other mentioned possibilities.
Since it is more in evenings, it can be due to asthma, anemia or gastric reflux.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Do this exercise twice a day to help with the breathing problem. The brain is not getting enough oxygen and trying to make you do things.Start today and come back to report your progress.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
