Weird Symptoms...no clue what they're from...

Alright, lemme describe what I've been feeling the past couple of weeks up to today...

Firstly, I've been congested and tired pretty much all day

Then, I have two spots on my neck and chin that are visibly swollen (one right under the chin and one dead center on the right side of my neck)

Finally, I've developed localized hives on the lower-left part of my stomach.

the glands surfaced about 2 weeks ago, the congestion a few days ago, and the hives just today.

I know it isn't HIV (although I need to get my 3 month test soon, and the doctor recommended against it) but I did have sex with a stripper about 8 weeks prior, and I underwent a helluva lot of stress during the uncertain period.

Can anyone tell me any possbilities as to what's making me all wacky?

You can 'acquire' an allergy as you age. If you ate shellfish,
usually throat tingles/swells just like some w/ nuts. Just
avoid & have trout. We all have our own immune system that send out fighters to heal things. Doesn't work 'everytime' but sounds
like you're on the mend since glands are going down. May try
OTC 1% hydrocortosone ointment to heal/control. Might want to
get a bloodwk-up as a baseline for future pop-up problems & a
clinical ck. of spots. Many other things are called hives & turn
out to be bites or a unknown rash. Hives usualy are pretty itchy
even when not touched. Gd-luck.

yeah, so far, the only thing that's happened so far in the negative (my tiredness has gone away) is that the hives have spread...they aren't itchy, but they feel very tiny but they're there.

I haven't been checked for mono yet, but I didn't have any other symptom except for those two spots (they felt like lymph nodes) whose swelling has gone down and they never were tender.

I'm thinking that the shellfish is granting me a very small allergic reaction (I've never been allergic to shellfish in my life, which bugs me)

If you were having a shellfish allergy, I'm sure you'd know it.
You wouldn't be here typing. Instead, be using an epipen & racing to ER since throat would be closing up. Also know what
you just ate. As far as the localized hives on stomache, are
you sure they aren't bites or a reaction? Hives are very itchy
& generally not localized. Nickle-based metal like a safety pin
or buckle rubbing can create a cluster rash that's sometimes
red/itchy but more burn. Same w/ spider mites in bedding. As
far as neck spots & forehead, may still be rash response from
a bite or contact dermatitis. Buy some anti-itch cream OTC or
benadryl lotion. Even Bactine helps the itch. If neck spots
keep getting bigger, I'd call Dr. but try ice-pak. If spots
are fluid filled getting larger, may be cysts. Doesn't sound like hives if localized but more a reaction of contact. Gd-luck.
