White and purple stains on face after physical exercise

I recently signed up for basketball practices. Today was my first one and almost at the end of the hour one of my friends told me I had white and purple stains all over my face. I wasn't feeling sick or anything but when I stood still I felt like my skin was burning and like I was going to pass out any moment, I had to atleast walk around to keep cool. It was pretty hot in the gym. About half an hour after we finished the purple stains were red but I still looked like an undead. Could there be something wrong? I'm pretty worried... I'm a 14-year-old girl by the way.

it's not a normal reaction and according to what you refer it's not a rash or a dermatological problem of any sort, they don't come and go like that.

you should have your heart checked as a precaution, EKG, Echocardiogram. and cardiac stress test. check your blood pressure. blood works (complete blood count)

well tell your parents about it.

I came home and took a shower and the stains were gone after that.
Could this be a result of not working out for a long time? Like a sudden stress for the body and stuff? Anyways, thank you guys :)

Hi,Common causes of facial rashes include acne, dermatitis, mild allergic reactions, and inflammatory disorders. Many facial rashes do not cause any permanent harm and can be treated successfully by following the treatment plan outlined by your health care provider.

are they gone now? if they are related with physical exert only it could be a vascular problem, cutaneous vasculitis or something. not sure whether it can happen in your age.

You should be visited by a specialist, a Cardiologist to begin with.
