Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Bone pain can be due to low calcium, low iron, severe anemia or due to low Vit D. It can also be due to extreme tiredness or due to cancers like leukemia.
Hope this helps. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
