Am I a hypochondriac or should I be worried?

I've been having random and varied symptoms for about 2 years now and haven't been able to find an explanation.

Started out with chest pain, seems to come in all forms and locations including my arms.

Initially thought I was having heart problems and I began to have skipped-beat type heart palpitations, which I now know were from anxiety and have since subsided.

I finally went to get this all checked out.  First was blood tests, everything came out normal except for Homozygous clotting factor XII deficiency, which is extremely rare (1 in 1000000) and can possibly lead to hypercoagulability.

Had event monitor, several EKGs, Stress test, Echocardiogram, all normal.

right after this began having pain in right calf that spread up right leg and into left leg, has been on and off since then.  Also noticed a dry patch on the outside of my left ankle that seems to come and go.  Pain does not generally get worse with exercise, did several physical examinations with different doctors, and 2 D-dimers, both low and consistent.

Latest is dizziness, both short and acute, and long lasting and vague.  Began as occasional and got more consistent.  Went to get it checked out and discovered labile pre-hypertension.

Also have begun having tingling around my right shoulder blade and pain down my right arm, seems to get worse with exercise.  Again, started as on and off and gradually became more consistent.

I feel like none of my doctors are very concerned about me, they all think it's anxiety or Heartburn.  That could be the case, and I am aware of having become a complete hypochondriac after all this.  But there's always the "just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you" factor that worries me.

What do you all think, should I keep pushing for a different answer, or start labelling it as stress and dealing with it that way?

BTW, I'm 28, about 220 pounds (down from 245) at 5'10".  So I definitely have the overweight risk factor, but when this all started, I was in shape (about 175).

It seems like most of your symptoms could be due to the hypercoaguability. Do you take a daily baby asprin? Have you seen a hematologist (blood specialist)? You could be at risk for blood clots like DVT, which can lead to stroke.
