I didn't experience any more frequent urination when taking Zinc.
If you are having frequent urination, but have not changed your diet, it would be worth seeing your doctor to check your urine for any possible urinary infections. Frequent urination can sometimes be because of an infection in the urinary tract. It can also be due to uncontrolled diabetes.
A blood test would confirm whether or not you do have diabetes.
If you have started a diet, extra body fluids can be excreted through the urine to begin with but will settle down.
Starting a menstrual cycle with also make you urinate more frequently and also depends on what you eat and drink. Celery and cucumber and coffee are diuretic.
If you have any other symptoms like thirst, feeling tired, uncomfortable in the lower tummy area or pain with urinating, then see your doctor.
Thank you, I'd look more deeper, maybe am just nervous...cos I have been reading a lot about zinc toxicity...

I have never known zinc to do anything like that. Zinc is a mineral that helps the skin and nerves get healthy. Check your diet - if you are eating too much sugar or carbs you might have frequent urination caused by hypoglycemia or pre-diabetes. Maybe you didn't pee often enough before and the zinc is healing your bladder... Are you drinking more water? You should in hot weather. If you are very concerned about it, see a doctor about a postassium supplement as we deplete our potassium when we sweat too much.
