Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Needless to say, any abnormal bleeding from vagina should be investigated. Well the two most common cause of inter menstrual spotting are ruled out in your case—pregnancy and birth control pills. Other causes are hypothyroidism, cervical dysplasia, cervical polyps, cervicitis (infection/inflammation of cervix), vaginitis (infection/inflammation of vagina), cervical and uterine cancer, uterine fibroids, hormonal imbalance as in polycystic disease of the ovary, use of blood thinners, genital ulcers, STDs and stress. Also since you bleed on touching the cervical area or after intercourse, it is most likely an infection. Possibility of cancer is always there, but all other causes need to be eliminated first. Please consult your gynecologist at the earliest for internal examination and PAP smear.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

have you had a cervical smear recently or been to your doctor about this? It could be lots of things causing this but best to get it checked out.
