I am a 22 year old female. On May 15 of 2004 I was in a car accident that left me with blood clots on the brain. Two of them were removed but two of them were not, and left to dissolve on their own. After the surgery I never had a headache, up until about three days ago. This headache has been bothering me for he past three days but, only on the left side. I've been to my family doctor, and to the emrgency room twice because of this discomfort. The last time I went I had a cat scan done but it showed no signs of blood clots or tumors. I was prescribed pain medicine and meds for nausea ( even though I've had no problems with nausea). I'm really concerned about this headache because it has been going on for three days and the only time I get relief is for about an hour or two when I take the medicines prescribed for me, then it starts all back over again, and I'm concerned also because I had been smoking cigarettes even after the brain surgery up until this headache started.

Sounds like a panic disorder to me. You could also have Raynauds but this seems unlikely.

I am not a doctor and this is just my opinion
