Welcome to the forum!
If only your hands swell up after meals then it could be due to contact dermatitis. Something that your hands come in contact with that otherwise you do not touch. This can cause a localized reaction, swelling and pain. Go over the list of things you touch while eating. Also try and see if it is after every meal or after some only. Then try and narrow down why some meals cause and others do not cause the pain and swelling. If it is daily with every meal then narrow down the list to what you touch daily while eating. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
