Ongoing left abdominal issues and intense worry.

Two years ago, I had some pain on my right side and burning when taking deep breaths.  After a few trips to the doctor, nothing was found and it eventually went away.  About three months ago it came back - both times I was worrying a lot.  I got an ultrasound and it showed that my spleen was enlarged.  This thoroughly freaked me out and within two days I began having all kind of pains and discomfort on my left side.  My gastro doc who ordered the ultrasound said everything was fine after reviewing my blood work and even predicted it would come back normal on a CT scan..  I went to my normal primary doc who took more blood work and agreed that everything was fine.  Still being very nervous, I talked my gastro into ordering an abdominal MRI.  The MRI came back completely normal with the only difference being that the ultrasound showed measurements of my spleen, and the mri just said 'appears normal'.  Since then I have obsessively poked at my side and continue to work.  I recently went back to my primary care doc who checked and could not feel my spleen - neither of them ever could.  In the last week though, I've begun to wake up sweating.  No on the one hand, I have never been this stressed and worried in my life, and I've always had panic attacks and I've woken up sweating before, but for the last four days or so I go to bed worrying about sweating and then when it happens it drives me crazy.  I also have what feels like a bubble some days under my left ribs(started two days after ultrasound), and a pinching pain just to the left of center on my ribs that gets worse when running.  It also got worse after I had an endoscopy(which showed mild gastritis).  Should I trust the doctors or keep going for more tests.  My gastro thinks my spleen was never actually enlarged.  But my primary doc just kind of shrugs.  I'm 30, but could this be some kind of lymphoma or leukemia.  My primary doc wants to put me on an SSRI, but I don't want to avoid thinking about this if there really is an issue.  Why would the ultrasound be wrong when a week later the MRI showed normal?  The enlarged dimensions of my spleen were width and depth which I've read somewhere could be the least accurate of the three when using an ultrasound, but I'm just not sure how to get past this.  I feel like there is something wrong with me and I'm the only one seeing it.
