My uterus measuring 7.9 x 5 x 6.3cm was said as a bulky uterus.  Now I see your reading is much more larger than mine.  It only said slight enlarge on yours?????

My endometrial appearance with a bilamina thinkness of 8 mm.  Well, yours is 20mm.  Do you know what is the normal limit?  My GP said I got the thick uterus wall, need to see Gynae?

I also get urine leaking when I cough and sneeze.  My uterus has fallen out in the middle of the passage.  I noticed when I pushed too hard during my bowel movement.  After that, I felt a mass in between my legs.  I went to bed and it slipped back.  After that, I had the lower abdomen pain which the GP told me the result of the uterus didn't slipped back all the way up.

I'm still waiting for the appointment to see the Gynae which is in July.  Take care.

10-12 times daily is high normal for urinary frequency. That is about every 1.5 hrs or so.
If you are able to defer without leaking, you should attempt to void every 2 hrs while awake. If you try that for 2 weeks, you may notice some improvement in your urgency. If you are leaking, if you try to defer voiding, that may suggest urge incontinence, which would need a workup by your provider. If the leakage with sneezing is frequent, you may benefit from an evaluation by a urogynecologist or urologist. Neither of these problems is life threatening.

From what you wrote, The uterus is not unduly large, but the 20mm endometrial stripe may require further evaluation by your gynecologist. The ovary sizes appear within limits.
