I want to know if the penis can still grow to its normal length after puberty? I am currently 23 and I have a very small penis and testes and I am worried that if penis does not grow it will pose serious problems for me in the nearest future. I think I have testosterone deficiency, I can hardly produce quality sperms that can make a woman pregnant. really want to know if there is any solution or therapy that can make penis and testes grow and assume its normal size at 23?
I am very confused and depressed at the moment. I need help!
