Have to pee when I think about sex. PLEASE HELP!

I'm 18, I've never had a child or been pregnant and I'm a virgin. I don't know how to fix this but it's really bothering me and I need some help. For the past year, every time I think about sex I get the intense urge to pee. It's getting to the point where I can't hold my urine. I'm pretty sure it's unusual for someone of my age to be incontinent. I've googled my problem before and usually people say it's "squirt", it isn't it's urine. Please help me!
