Indentation on left side of penis.

I have noticed lately that I have a slight (but noticeable) indentation on the left side of my penis, about mid-penis.  I notice my penis start to curve during an erection, but then it straightens out and the indentation is barely seen.  I feel a slight pain at the base of the penis and around the scrotum during the erection and after ejaculation.  I feel no lumps, just a slight concaveness.  I also have what I think is a burst vessel just under the skin on the base of the penis, on the top side.  It is very dark purple/brown about the size of a pencil eraser or smaller.  I have never had any type of melanoma or sarcoma before, so I don't think it's that.  Is my overactive sex/masturbation a possible cause for all this or is it something more serious?
