Kidney Scar Tissue
I am 34 years old with a history of recurrent urinary tract infections. I recently had a kidney ultrasound that showed scar tissue on both sides. I am also currently being treated for pyelonephritis caused by a bacteria other than E.coli. Does the frequent infections have any connection to the scar tissue formation and should the tissue be removed?
