Leakage after vaginal hysterectomy and monarc sling

I am 2 weeks post-op for a vaginal hysterectomy and monarc sling.  Both bladder and rectum were raised.  I am starting to notice urine leakage when I clear my throat.  The most recent incident was a big burst of urine, and I was afraid I couldn't stop it.   What might be the problem, and do I see the urologist or ob/gyn?  Will this be correctable? By surgery?  Does one wait before undertaking another surgery?
