Hi,
This in my opinion is likely due to a persistent inflammation of the urinary bladder and urethra. When you sneeze, the sudden rise in intraabdominal pressure causes irritation of the bladder and this results in pain. The rise in intraabdominal pressure is responsible for strangury which means a feeling of passing urine along with pain but actually the urine doesn’t come out. You need to ensure that the UTI is completely healed and everything should be fine. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
