1) Is it possible that my gonorrhea wasn't treated, even though my treatment was the best treatment for both gonorhea and chlamydia? I would blame my prostatitis to the gonorrhea if I wasn't adequately treated...but i was treated one week after exposure.
2) If my prostatitis was caused by one of those stds, then when I ejaculate, wouldn't that bacteria reinfect my urethra and cause a urine amplification test to show positive for gonn or chlam?
3) My doc didn't perform a culture of the prostate fluid, b/c he said it's hard to determine the bacteria.
