I had a varicocelectomy about 7 weeks ago and 2-3 weeks after I started feeling a slight pain in the bottom of my left testicle. It is still there today and doesn't seem to be getting better. It seems as if it is a different pain than before the surgery.
Could this be because the doctor missed some veins during the surgery? He keeps telling me to "give it time" but from what I read, usually I should be better by now. Could this be also because the veins are healing and thus causing the discomfort? I cannot see the swelled veins any more and do not have any other problems. Is
