There’s a possibility of acute epididymitis. In this, the epididymis gets inflamed and the pain can occur in testes,inner side of thigh and can radiate to the stomach also. Please do consult your surgeon and rule out this possibility. The other one is a torsion of the testes which can also present in a similar way. Please do consult a urologist for the same.
