Penis hole growing size

ive been masterbating (masturbating) for about 2 years now and im starting to notice my penis hole is getting big. Ive never had sex so this might be a problem. The hole is close to the tip of the vein but not by much. Im scared that the hole might destroy my penis and cut it in half. Please help me and tell me something that can fix it ASAP
