Possible Penis Damage

Possible Penis Damage

Hello, for the past few years (approx 3) I have noticed a problem with my penis.  It seems like near the base of the penis could be damaged.  It is most noticeable during erections.  The top half of the penis appears normal, but underneath towards the base it apears like it's being pinched and not fully erect.  When I feel that area it doesn't feel "continous" like the rest of the penis.  It also feels a little numb in that area as well.

It seems like symptoms of a broken penis, but I have never had any physical issues during sex (like the penis bending, ect).  Is it possible to damage the penis and not realize it?  (Not feel any pain)

I have an appointment with the Urologist, but there is a long wait time so I thought I would post a question to see what things I can ask the urologist when I'm there.   Are there tests for the penis to see what could be causing the issue?  If there is damage (scar tissue, etc) are there treatment options available?

Please let me know if you need to know any additional information.

Thanks for your help.

Sometimes Peyronies disease exhibits an hour glass appearing deformity and may not have a hard plaque associated with it. If this is progressive and affect the rigidity then I would see a urologist for evaluation for treatment. If it is stable, just observe for  changes. The pills and potions that you can buy over the counter are not effective.  I would recommend that you pursue surgery only if you are limited by the curvature or unable to pursue successful sexual  intercourse.
