Problem with unination

The opening at the tip of my penis is closing up until it is only a pin hole opening. The pressure is causing some discomfort.What is causing this problem?

A urethral stricture can certainly be considered.

Testing options can include a cystoscopy to visualize any strictures or anatomical abnormality.  

Dilating the stricture or placing a urethral stent can be considered.

Also, testing the urine for infection and STDs should also be routinely done.

These options should be discussed with your urologist.
