Pulsing or throbbing sensation in testes area

I have been having symtoms of a pulsing sensation in the testes area,not painful, it last a second and then is gone, seems to do this with the pattern of my heart rate, any ideas.

Thanks for writing to the forum!
It could be due to varicocele or spermatocele. An ultrasound of the testicles will diagnose it.
