: hi , I have the same symptoms you have , my right tesical is sore all the time and touching it is unbearable. It is tender and kinda soft and is somewhat smaller than the other one!I have been to my family Dr. and he told me to go home too , that it is not anything to worry about , but hey it hurts!!!I wish I knew what it was , but Im not a Dr. Id like to share you feelings on your problem!!

I've almost the same situation like u. I feel very painful in both of my testicles since Christmas.
My testes are SOMETIMES very sensitive especially around the epididtimis. Sometimes it is soft and sometimes it is hard too.
Sometimes they are enlarged and swollen.
I've just seen an urologist today, he did an ultrasound test and did not find anything. It was in fact my second ultrsound test. None of them find anything.
The urologist said it was quite common for young men( I am 34 ) to have pain in the testes.
He just asked me to go home and not worry about TC. By the way, my family doctor said I had an infection while the urologist was not so sure about it.
I am very frustrated too. And I just want to share my feeling with u.
