Small mild nodul in left epdidymis

by kalp694, Aug 27, 2009 10:52PM
About 4 year  ago, I noticed that my left epididymis sometimes grows larger then my right. Only about 10-15 minutes after I recognize that my epididymis has grown, I feel that it shrinks to normal size. I am concerned about my problem, and wish to see what your opinion is on the matter.
I have been to many urologists and had ultrasounds. Everything is normal on ultrasounds except a small mild nodul (5mm or less) on the tail of the left epididymis.I have no pain that time but also i take a madicine only for nodul but there is no result.now one year ago i have dull pain in my left epidymis If I do
ejaculate, the pain goes away immediately, but, if I become even
slightly aroused again, the dull pain is back and much worse and, again, the
only relief is ejaculation again or several hours with no arousal.  If
I completely abstain for several days/weeks and keep all arousal away,
then the pain is very slight when aroused, but once I ejaculate again
then any slight arousal shortly after the ejaculation leads to the same pain again.  I have cut back my sexual acitivy and sometimes I will go several days with
no activity and as soon as I am aroused the dull pain is back.  The
congestion is always slightly there and once I get aroused it is more
congested and after ejaculation it is very congested for an hour or so after.I believe the long periods of arousal without ejaculation probably
caused some sort of prolonged, abnormal pressure in the prostate (or
another gland in that path) without a release and eventually the gland couldn't handle it any
more and so the pressure broke some of the plumbing and headed back
toward the testicle.  That may explain why the soarness I used to have in
the prostatic area immediately stopped and pain started in the
testicular area instead.  Continuing with this theory, if the plumbing is permanently
damaged and can't heal, then this would explain why normal periods of
arousal also lead to the same pain, even if the arousal is infrequent.
But, I am not a doctor of course.  However, I thought I'd share my theory
to help in any opinion I may get from anyone.

Any advice/suggestions would help, whether surgical, medicinal,
therepeutic, or herb remedy.

Again, I know arousal causes the pain and not anything else, and I know that ejaculation immediately relieves the pain, or, an hour or two of no arousal relieves the pain
