After I had a three-some with a guy and a girl, me and the other girl both experienced a strong odor from our vaginas a few days after it happened. It was so bad that even if we pulled down our pants, you could smellSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling it. And showering doesn't help.. it may go away for an hour but it comes back. I got tested for STDs and everything came up negative.. it just so happened that the day I got tested, the smellSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling went away. My friend went to the doctor, and they said she had a bacterial infection and gave her something for it. 8 months later... I confronted her and she said that the smellSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling returns and will stay for awhile, the same thing is happening to me. Even if I shower and make sure to wash my vagina good, the smellSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling still persists. It's really embarassing.. and the doctors arn't giving us any answers. Can any of you help?

This smelly vagina can be due to bacterial vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is vaginal condition that canproduce vaginal discharge and results from an overgrowth of normal bacteria in the vagina. In addition to unpleasant "fishy" vaginal odor, thin white or yellowish discharge from vagina may also be present. Diagnosis can be confirmed after pelvic examination and microscopic examination of the vaginal discharge.
