I understand your concern and that you are deeply anxious about this. The presence of a lumpLumps in the breasts in the scrotum needs further assessment. These may be normalNormal saline flush structures that could have been palpated as lumps in the area. A scrotal ultrasound is the best way to ascertain what could be causing this. A cyst may readily be identified in a scrotal ultrasound.
In the absence of redness, pain and problems with sexual function, this should not be something to worry about. However, I would still advise that you have this assessed early on.
