foreskin

I am a 28 years old man with an uncircumcised penis and since about 2 years ago I have been having problems with the foreskin on my penis, it seems to have lost elasticity and every time I have intercourse or masturbate I either cannot manage to get it loose and if I do it hurts. I am wondering if there is some sort of oral treatment, per say a cream or lotion that I could apply to regenerate the elasticity on this particular tissue area or if there is any other solution to this; also I would like to know if this might be a symptom of any specific illness or if it is just a simple matter of lack of elasticity on the tissue. Thank you very much

Hi,

The above mentioned cream should work, however the foreskin is different than the resto of your skin. The foreskin exists of an inner and outer layer.

They used to sell a Nupercainel cream not the one used for hemerhoids but it was an anesthectic cream. You should use something with antibiotics in it as the little cracks in the skin could result in scar tisue.

They also have 5% Xylocaine jelly wich moisterizes but also helps with pain from the little cracks.

I hope that something will work for you.

God bless,

Ron

Normally skin starts to dry out as we get older. It's not a symptom of any illness or disease. Your foreskin is no different, it's just skin. There are a few steroidal creams that can be prescribed that will help. Ask you doctor.
