leaking seminal fluild

Dear Dr,
I'm 48yrs old. I had been having a healthy sex life, faithfully with my partner. For the past 1 year, I noticed some seminal fuild flowing out when urinating. At other times, semen will drop out together as well. This usually happens when I did not have any sex with my partner for some time. Our sex frequency is normally every 2 weeks on the average. I also note that I gets very tired immediately after sex and will doze off immediately. At the same time, I also discovered that the penis does not erect until a long time later after sex (about 6 to 8 hours) unlike previously it used to get erect about 5 to 10 minutes after the last ejaculation.
I had seen an urologist some years ago for a bladder infection. It was cleared through a surgery, During that time, the urolgoist also noted that I had urine retention and a slight enlarged prostate which he commented that should not happen to man of my age at that time. I was 35 years old then.
What do you diagnose and recommendations? Thank you for your attention.
