pain and burnning in penis

My brother is having pain and burnning in penis for a years. He had gone through all check up like ultrasound, uroflamatory,Cystoscopy,Cultural and sensation. But his cultural and sensation test was pasitive (high grow E Coli). He had some antibiotic for a week and it came back to normal after second time Cultural and sensation test. Even after pain and burnning is still. After a year agin he had cultural and sensation test and test is showing high E coli. Currently he is having some antibiotics but there is no effect of this. So, Could suggest us what should we do for it. i am waiting for your response ?

A prostatic secretion culture may be done to determine if the prostate is also involved.Prostate infections are likey to be difficult to treat.Also,it is important to note your brother's sexual history.As this is related to your post, may I ask if your brother is sexually active? This is important as other tests may be done to rule out other causes
for his symptoms.

A follow up consult with his physician may be needed to have his medications modified. It is also important that he completes the course of his medications. Observing good hygiene, safe and protected sexual activities, adequate water intake and a healthy lifestyle are also important.
