pain while penis gets erected

i am 20 years old virgin.one night i pulled my skin of the penis above.now my penis gives a severe pain while it is streched.a layer of muscles is created around my pelvis.this is very thick and pains severly.i hesitste in going to a doctor or saying others about it.plz help me...if possible provide some home tips to correct it.it is not severe.it only pains when penis is erected otherwise i dont feel any pain.

i am using betnovate -c (steriod) cream.should i use hot water to reduce my swelling.or can i take the fluid out from my forskin with hot water.will it be useful.

It looks like paraphimosis. In this the foreskin becomes trapped behind the glans penis, and cannot be pulled back to its normal flaccid position covering the glans penis. Whether circumcision is required or not depends on the time for which the exposure has occurred. Mostly it is a medical emergency and circumcision or preputioplasty may be required.

To me it looks like paraphimosis where the foreskin is swolen and trapped behind the glans. You should take your penis between the index and middle fingers of both hand while using the thums to push the glans back in towards the base of the penis. It will most likely hurt, but it is improtant to return the skin back over the glans. Leaving things as they are can result in further swelling of the foreskin and restriction of the glans resulting in death of tissue, glans. If you can't do so, go to a doctor to get help. It is possible to pucture the skin with a needle by a doctor allowing fluid to be drained making it easier to return the foreskin back over the glans.
A steroid cream should be applied to the foreskin and glans which might restore the function of the foreskin. Should this happen again, circumcsision should be considered.

Paraphimosis can result from trauma to the foreskin, possibly caused by masturbation or sexual intercourse. In my case it was due to having an indwelling catheter in.
