peeing blood

Hi I'm a 39 year old male and have been on dialysis for 4 years.  I don't urinate but occasionally (once or twice a month) feel like I pee when on the toilet.  Nothing but a small amount of blood comes out.  What should I do?

Hi there!

I would suggest getting this evaluated by a urologist to look for secondary issues such as growths, calculi, injuries/ trauma, erosions, infections, inflammation etc. After a cause is identified, it can be managed accordingly.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
