penis/bladder problem

  This is possibly the most bazzare question out there...
  I have the most odd thing occure when I have a bowel movement,
  my penis burns inside from the tip to approx. half way down the
  penis. And I have what appears to be ejaculant leak from my
  penis, It looks Identicle to ejaculant, thick, cream colored and
  is the same consistancy of egg yolk. I am a little concerned
  that it could possibly be some kind of std (although I have
  always practiced safe sex) I have researched a few different
  std's although it doesn't seem to cover this problem.
  Any suggestions as to what could cause this??
