I am not aware of that complication as well - but my experience in this area is limited since I am not a urologist. I would check for the usual things like infection (a
urinalysisUrinalysis as well as a
digitalDigital rectal exam rectal exam would be reasonable), but if the symptoms continue, a cystoscopy can be considered to evaluate for any further lower GU disease.
If the evaluation continues to be non-revealing, a 2nd urological opinion can never hurt.
