Oh, I should add, the D and E, just take once a day.  Fat soluble vitamins are stored in your fatty tissue and liver.  The multi you can take through the day if you like that better to keep the nutrients digesting through the day.

Vitamin E should be mixed tocopherols, and if it contains tocotrienols even better.  Brand isn't important with E or D so long as it's the right E and D, as they're all made by the same few labs whoever puts their labels on them.  D must be D3.  Multis, D and E should all be taken at mealtime, because they contain fat soluble nutrients that will be best absorbed with intake of fat and minerals which are best absorbed in an acidic stomach environment, which a complete meal provides.
