by lilcindarella, Apr 05, 2008 05:13PM
HI i have recently heard all the benifits of B12 and have started taking it orally about 5 months ago, but have come to release that nothing really is changing. then i see that it is the injections vs the tablet that i need. So id like to know where i can get the shot an overall price range, how often do you get the injextions ect. and some of your personal sucees with the shots.

You can get injections done by your doctor or I get mine done by a naturopath and they cost $10 here in Canada. It is also beneficial to take sublingual B12 (under the tongue) so you can ask a staff member at a health food stores as they sell the better brands of subliments and will show you the sublingual tablets.

Whichever one you choose, they both work great, yes tablets less efective!

Good Luck
