hey, Dont give up. You said that you know you are over weight, so it your responsibility to plan and follow some weight loss chart to reduce your weight. Do what you think you can or you like, dancing is also way to lose your weight, if you choose dancing, DO IT REGULARLY!! Then you will surely have a good result.
