redusyn?

by longlife501, Feb 25, 2008 05:28AM
hey guys,

just wondering about diet pills - they are generally cheaper than liposuctions or cosmetic surgeries, easier to maintain then diets - especially if you are working throughout the day and in need of high energy and motivation - and they can be effective! right?

My friend suggested this redusyn and I have ordered it? anyone tried it before? and feeling the good health?

From what I know about the ingredients, it probably works a little, but not as good as it claims.    From what I remember it is also very expensive.  You might try to find a knockoff a little cheaper

by longlife501, Feb 27, 2008 10:09AM
really...well, i have ordered it anyways through the friend and the service seems very prompt!

I think I would be happy to start on this effective pathway and hope it will be a success story.

Did you hear the ideas on redusyn from a good source or general internet/papers? did you try it?

I have also been debating on taking a diet pill.  I have also heard of redusyn, a gal at work used it last year, and she reached her goal in 3 months. She is still thin too!!!  I will talk to her more next week, I want to know if there were any side-effects, and if she had a check-up regularly too. Will keep you posted on what I find out.

by totemgirl, Mar 05, 2008 09:34AM
Well, I did alot of checking and I am gonna order Redusyn, sounds like the best to me and the gal at work said she had absolutly not side-effects from it at all, said it really helped her, and to tell you the truth, she looks great!!!!   I am willing to give it a try, I am gonna order a 28 day supply and then see what happens. Wil keep every one posted

Where are you going to order it from?  What else do you know about it?  It is RX?

by BritF, Mar 06, 2008 04:27AM
Hi, I also thought about taking a weight loss pill. I need to lose 40 lbs in four months and I don't think that it would be possible with a normal diet. So you mentioned redusyn. What kind of pill is it? And does it work? What about bad side effects? I don't want to take anything hramful. Sorry about all these questions :-)

by totemgirl, Mar 06, 2008 01:02PM
Well I did order the redusyn, it relieves the appetite, just what I really need to keep the munchies away, gives you more energy, and has no bad ingredients,  I checked a bunch of diet pills out and this one seemed the best.  I only plan on taking it untill I can change my eating habits(which are terrible now)  I also plan to start learning how to cook differently.  The gal at work is really impressed by her results, and so am I.

To: totemgirl
Can you give more details?  Where did you get it from?  Is it only by RX?  Is it a fatburner or an appetite suppresant?

by BritF, Mar 07, 2008 05:49AM
You know I could eat all the time and therefore I redusyn sounds quite useful. Maybe I should also try it...if it is doesn't have bad side effects. Can you order it in the internet? And how much is it? Do you know any other people who have taken that pill except the gal at your working place?

by totemgirl, Mar 07, 2008 09:28AM
Ya, I know I could eat all day long, Terrible habit, well I talked to the gal at work and she and her sister used redusyn together, with great results, and they had check ups and were just fine. They said they had no side effects what so ever, that is what made me decide to use it. It is both a fat burner and appetite suppressant, combined with watching what you eat, you will lose alot.  You can get it on the internet. Will let you know when I start.

Thanks for the info!

by BritF, Mar 08, 2008 11:05AM
Well so you have already ordered redusyn, haven't you? Tell me when you get it. I would really like to hear first-hand experiences before making my decision. Hopefully you will get it soon. Could you also tell me about negative experiences with the product? This would simplify matters a lot!

by totemgirl, Mar 09, 2008 06:52AM
Yes I have ordered it, hope that I get it next week. To tell you the truth, I have checked alot of diet pills lately, some are very bad, and I didn't want to spend money on something that would harm me in any way, I made a list with the bad points and one withthe good points, and chose from there, and redusyn had the most plus points. I will definatly report the bad stuff, (hopefully there will be none). Will keep posted

by BritF, Mar 09, 2008 01:45PM
By the way where have you ordered it? You wouldn't be able to buy it in a drugstore, would you? Were there any other diet pills on your list which seemed to be good as well? I mean redusyn is quite expensive, isn't it? Well of courseI don't have any experiences with weight loss pills and I might be wrong.

by totemgirl, Mar 10, 2008 05:07AM
Well I don't want to put any links in here, but just google and you will find several places to purchase them, you cna't get them in a drugstore.  There was one other pill that interested me and that was kioslim, but I decided on redusyn, they just seemed better. Of course they are not cheap, but the cheap stuff is no good and also harmfull, Good things cost more, you should not save on your health.  I wanted something good to take, and after doing alot of checking, redusyn was the winner.

Please keep us updated on your sucess...I am very intered in this!

by BritF, Mar 10, 2008 11:41AM
Well it is pretty good that you compared weight loss pills I think. And probably it was also good to order the more pricey pill than the cheap one. Okay I will google redusyn. Hopefully I will find it. Do you know if there are any price differences or is the price quite similiar? I am not going to order it now-I want to hear about you experiences first. So please let us know!

by longlife501, Mar 12, 2008 05:07AM
hi all,

as i had initially asked the questions about redusyn and i mentioned that i have ordered it already through a friend - it is delightful to say that i am already on a good path to weightloss! i have had very good results so far. i started it on March 1st this month and it has been approx. 2 weeks nearing. i must say that in this period i haven't had any side effects which are negative, but only a surge of energy that helps me finish my daily job efficiently. i have also lost about 9 1/2 pounds during this period. besides, i have managed to stay away from the fatty foods and put in a couple of days of gymming in between! i feel good!

by longlife501, Mar 12, 2008 05:11AM
hi totemgirl,

it is good to point out kioslim too cause it is another diet pill which seems effective enough but apparently it has some extra chemicals that is not the best for the body, as my doctor-dietician mentions. i like redusyn in it's simplicity and ease of use. the package also comes with good directions and i found it easily understandable. i think it comes in packages of 1 month or 3 month course.

ofcourse i chose the month course as i wanted to try it first and also was within my target range! so good luck!

by longlife501, Mar 12, 2008 05:13AM
Hi BritF and mommyofKassandCora,

we are not allowed to mention or upload links for buying things here. However, it is easy to find redusyn if you do google it, as totemgirl had mentioned. i can also suggest that local pharmacy's can order it for you, as this is what my friend had done (well, he knew the pharmacist!!!!). i must say the order is quite prompt too!

by longlife501, Mar 12, 2008 05:15AM
i forgot to ask, so did u guys already order it and have been using it? i would like to know your reactions to it too, hence i must stop it immediately :P

let's try and keep a diary of accounts here. i will try and post my daily routines from now on until my course finishes - or maybe i should start a new thread??

by BritF, Mar 12, 2008 05:50AM
That sounds great, longlife501. How long are you going to use it? Maybe I should really give redusyn a try too. I am going to google it and check the prices. Do you think I should order a one month or a three month package? Yes a new thread about your routines would be quite interesting I think. Go ahead!

by longlife501, Mar 12, 2008 08:19AM
I shouldn't really suggest if you should try it or not in words cause that is not allowed to. However, I can say that it has helped me out in getting my groove back and i feeling quite good with my energy levels and my effort at weight reduction.

I have initially ordered it for 1 month, as I am 'precautious' natured - and then I might give it a go for the 3 months course if my goals are achieved with the first one!

good luck!

by BritF, Mar 12, 2008 11:53AM
Yeah so maybe redusyn would help me too...And you haven't experienced any side effects? Honestly? This is unbelievable-why there are still lots of overweight people in the world? :-) Yes I think this is a go idea but a one month supply is probably more expensive than a three month package, right?

by totemgirl, Mar 12, 2008 12:57PM
Hi Guys, I just ordered a 3 month supply of redusyn it is cheaper, like everyone said google it, don't want to cause any trouble in here, Good idea a new thread to post on how we are doing, give each other a little support. Let each other know what we are eating etc.  I'm in.

I am glad that you have finally decided to try redusyn. Do you know how long the transportation will take? I guess not longer than a week, right? By the way how much ist the transportation fee or will it be paid by the company?
So longlife501 and totemgirl please let me know when you get it. I am so curious!

by longlife501, Mar 13, 2008 09:28AM
Hi BritF,

well, the one month package is slightly more expensive however you really have to be sure what you want to put in your body. so for me, careful that i am, i decided to try it on for a monthly course. and honestly i haven't had any side effects, but i guess that depends on person to person. now, in consultation with my physician i was also suggested to generally stay away from fatty foods and eat more greens which i have managed to do so far. besides this i am also putting in some work out sessions in the gym to keep my heart racing. i do feel good with the extra energy it has provided me with so i am satisfied!

by longlife501, Mar 13, 2008 09:30AM
well, in terms of transportation costs and so on it is the usual postage stamp costs and varies according to where you live in the world! :D i ordered it with two of my friends so we could share the costs and it has come out to be an hour's wage - minimum standards! and it took me about 10 days i think.

by BritF, Mar 15, 2008 08:35AM
Hi longlife501,
I think I am also going to try redusyn. But I think that I am going to order just one package. I don't want to take weight loss pills that long. And this should be long enough to get rid of the first kilos I guess. Maybe I will be able to do the rest on my own then!

by totemgirl, Mar 15, 2008 09:16AM
BritF, I think it depends on how much you want to lose, if you don't need to lose much then you should be able to get by with a 28 day supply. I have to lose alot and I ordered a 3 month supply, just in case. Are you going to order some??  Are you going to do a certain kind of diet with it?

by BritF, Mar 16, 2008 08:20AM
Do you know how much weight people lose with a 28 days supply of redusyn in average? I want to lose about 45 lbs. Do you know how much time I would need? Yeah I ordered one package last night. Hopefully it will work. Well I don't know yet. Do you think I should do a diet while taking the pills?

by totemgirl, Mar 16, 2008 10:15AM
I don't know how much weight can be lost in 28 days, I would guess about 20 lbs.  at least I am hoping that I can lose that much.  I can't stick to a certain diet, and all that special cooking, I am just watching what I eat, and eating less, which isn't hard while taking redusyn.  I am staying away from junk food and stuff that contains sugar, I think that helps alot.

by BritF, Mar 17, 2008 11:27AM
Okay so that would mean that I need about two packages of redusyn to get rid of my overweight! I really hope that it will work!
I am not sure if this would be enough for me. I LOVE to eat and therefore I think I have to learn how to say no at first. But how can I do this?

by totemgirl, Mar 17, 2008 01:51PM
I got my redusyn today and I am going to start tomorrow.  BritF I also LOVE to eat, and I eat everything, that is why I am so darn fat.  I am going to put all my effort into this, but I am going to get more active and do some kind of exercises.  I am sure that you can learn to say NO.

by BritF, Mar 18, 2008 08:33AM
Seems like we have the same problem :-) It would be so great if redusyn would reduce the appetite. Tell me if the pills are working! Well I would love to say no but how can you learn something like this? I mean I don't like my body at all but nevertheless I don't have the will-power to say no to fatty food, candies and stuff like that :-(

by totemgirl, Mar 18, 2008 11:46AM
Today went very well, took my 1st redusyn this morning, and I didn't feel very hungry, and I really did eat less.  This is a great feeling, hope that it is the same tomorrow.  I know how ya feel, I am the same way, I know I am fat, but still shove that candy bar in, but today I didn't even want any sweets.

by BritF, Mar 19, 2008 09:43AM
Do you think that you ate less because of redusyn? Don' t you think that you ate less because of being motivated to lose weight? And it sounds really strange to me that you didn't even want any sweets although you like them a lot. Is redusyn really supposed to work that fast?

by totemgirl, Mar 19, 2008 11:44AM
I really do think that redusyn helped me on my first day, today was the same, 2 days in a row without eating much all day long.  and I am not at all hungry.  I sure hope this keeps up, and I feel great not at all sluggish, I was always so tired at the end of my work day, but not today. I might go for a nice long walk right now.

by BritF, Mar 20, 2008 12:01PM
But you have to eat-I think everybody need at least 1600 calories. ( I am not totally sure baout hte number) Maybe you should start counting calories or start writing a food diary to make sure that your body gets all the substances he needs to stay alive! Redusyn shouldn't provoke you to stay away from food I think.

by totemgirl, Mar 20, 2008 01:48PM
Of course I eat, it is just I eat normal now, before I use to eat enough for 3 people in one day. That is why I said I don't eat much, because of my old standards it isn't much.  Instaed of a candy bar, I grab an apple, which is a big step for me.  I really like eating less, I feel more active not. I just have to start some kind of exercises.

by BritF, Mar 21, 2008 11:01AM
Really? So how many calories are you eating now? Well if you ate that much before you would also lose without redusyn now. I mean if you would just eat less. Don't you think so? What about cravings? Do you still feel like eating chocolate or somthing like this from time to time?

by totemgirl, Mar 21, 2008 09:30PM
Right now Redusyn keeps me from eating alot, I have no idea how many calories I eat a day, I don't count them.  I will see how much I lose in one month, and if I feel I can continue eating the way I do now I will stop taking Redusyn, but if I am not ready I will take them another month. The cravings are gone, I don't know why, but there are gone.  I think that is great, before I was always looking for sweets to eat, now it doesn't bother me at all.

by BritF, Mar 22, 2008 05:50AM
So have you just ordered a one month supply for the moment? I ordered a three month package because it is much cheaper than the one month supply of redusyn. I will hope that it works otherwise I would have spend lots of money for nothing. It is great that your cravings seem to be gone-hopefully I will experience the same. Right no I love snacking in the evening while watching dvds :-)

by totemgirl, Mar 22, 2008 09:47PM
Yes I only ordered for 1 month, wanted to try them first to see if they really do work, which now I know they do, so I might order them again. I am sure you will happy with them.  If you have to snack in front of the TV then make a plate full of vegies and use low fat joghurt as a dip.

by BritF, Mar 23, 2008 05:43AM
Yeah maybe you thought about it much more carefully. I just thought about the money :-) But it is true the 28 days cure of kioslim is so much more expensive!
Okay I might try this. Am I allowed to eat any kind of vegies or are there any vegies I should avoid? I love garlic-maybe yu even have a great recipe for a garlic dip?

by totemgirl, Mar 23, 2008 07:54PM
This is my 5th day and i hopped on the scale this morning and I really did lose 3 1/2 pounds.  This is so good, I think that any kind of veg. is good, and if you just steam them they keep all their vits.  I have started to change the way I cook things, no more frying foods, I broil my meat and staem the veg. I am sorry but I don't eat garlic, I get so thirsty after I eat it, that I don't touch it any more.

by BritF, Mar 24, 2008 06:15AM
3 !1/2 pounds is great. Congratulations! You must be very happy, right? I thought that you shouldn't eat too many carrots in the evening because they have tons of carbohydrates. Have you also heard about this?
Okay never mind. I will tried to find some garlic recipes. But by the way-being thirsty is good :-) How much do you usually drink a day?

by totemgirl, Mar 24, 2008 06:58PM
Thank you, yes I am very pleased with redusyn, they work very well. I don't know anything about carbohydrates, so I couldn't tell you about the carrots.  I just know I like them alot.  I drink alot during the day. I always have a glass of water next to me, and also alot of herb teas, only problem is I love my coffee and I drink at least 2 pots a day. I have heard that coffee isn't very good, what do you think?

by BritF, Mar 25, 2008 01:37PM
I also like them a lot but if I knew that you shouldn't eat them in the evening I would stop eating them I guess. I am gonig to find some more information about carbohydrates in the internet. I really hate coffee and therefore I am not sure about that. Usually I drink tea!

by totemgirl, Mar 26, 2008 11:31AM
I love my coffee, but I only drink it till the afternoon,. otherwise I can't sleep at night. In the afternoon I drink tea too, but herb tea,  I don't like Coke or any kind of pop very much, maybe once or twice a month.  Any way this is my 8th day and I jump on the scale and I have lost 6 lbs so far, I thought this was great, a real pick me up!!

by BritF, Mar 27, 2008 02:43AM
I wish I wouldn't like coke. I just love but I think it is okay to have a diet coke from time to time. Don't you think so?
6 lbs is great! Has anyone already realized your weight loss? By the way I got my redusyn yesterday and I am going to start today. Hopefully it will work for me too!

by totemgirl, Mar 27, 2008 02:40PM
Sure you can drink Coke Zero, there is nothing wrong with that, I have tried it and it tastes good.  No, I still am too fat for anyone to notice that 6 lbs are gone, but if this keeps up by the end of next week I am sure they can tell then, at least I hope so.  Great that you can start, keep me posted on how you are doing, are you going to diet too?

by BritF, Mar 28, 2008 02:32AM
But do you think that it is okay to drink coke zero instead of water? I think you should drink about eight glasses a day. So is it okay to drink eight glasses of coke ZERO instead on the boring water?
I am sorry that nobody has realized your weight loss so far. But I am sure that people will notice it soon because you will keep on losing weight during the following days!
Yes I am doind a low carb diet-what about you?

by totemgirl, Mar 28, 2008 10:16AM
No you have to drink water, alot everyday, I just meant that you can drink Coke Zero once in awhile, and not gain any weight.  Kinda like a treat.  I am sure that soon people will notice, it is just I still wear my big baggy clothes (lagenlook stuff) and you can't see any weight loss with those clothes, I might surprise them and when I lose enough, I might get a pair of tight jeans, then they will be surprised.

by BritF, Mar 29, 2008 11:12AM
So I just don't get that :-) You said that I wouldn't gain weight while drinking coke zero. So what not drinking it instead of water? I mean coke zero is nothing but water with a special taste, isn't it?
Do why not buying a new pair of trousers! And not a baggy pants-one which reveals your figure!

by totemgirl, Mar 29, 2008 02:05PM
I have heard that plain water cleans out your system, where Coke Zero has other things in it that doesn't clean out your system.  Yes you are right, a nice pair of black pants would be very good.  Maybe in a week I can go and get a nice pair and then see what the girls say.

by BritF, Mar 30, 2008 10:59AM
Oh okay I didn't know that. So I guess I shouldn't stop drinking water. But neverless maybe I could drink one glass of coke zero and seven glasses of water. Do you think that this would be okay?
Where do you usually buy new clothes? Most stores just don't have my size :-(

by totemgirl, Mar 30, 2008 12:38PM
yep, you could do that, just as long as you drink alot of water each day a glass of coke zeor won't hurt you at all.  Think of it as a treat for yourself.  I just look everywhere untill I find something I like and would fit me. Most of the time I never find anything. May at the end of next week I will have lost enough to find a nice pair of pants.

by BritF, Mar 31, 2008 12:29AM
Yesterday I drunk seven glasses of water and two glasse of coke zero. I am really proud of myself. I can't remember when I drunk that much before. But unfortunately I had to go to the toilet very often. At least twice an hour! That was so embarrassing I think. How are you?

by longlife501, Mar 31, 2008 04:23AM
hey so I have finally finished my course of redusyn a 4 weeks course and i have lost considerable amount of weight! i wanted to lose about 15-20 pounds thinking it is a healthy amount to lose in a month. i am certainly happy that i was able to reach it and even more so that i could go over it. so i have managed to lose a considerable 24.5 pounds in 4 weeks, which makes me very happy!

by longlife501, Mar 31, 2008 04:25AM
to tell you more about it all - i have been having the pills in the mornings and through the rest of the day i had also been taking extra care to keep away from chocolates and other fatty and junk foods! besides, i have tried really hard to put in some amount of exercises - like running on the treadmill in the gym and step ups - about 2 or 3 times a week!

i think it has managed to keep my heart flowing too, as it is difficult to keep things in order with your body when you are so overweight!

by longlife501, Mar 31, 2008 04:28AM
the other factor that was so important was the fact that i had energy to do all of these exercises and house and office work. part of it is has come from Redusyn which is an extra incentive for me now! i can say that i have had quite a success with it so far and i am happy about it all! my doctor thinks the amount of weight i have lost is also healthy and within proportions. i am already thinking of trying the course for 3 months. however, i have to make up my mind first about it and also consult my physician!

by longlife501, Mar 31, 2008 04:30AM
in terms of side effects i have had none so far. the usual jitters that come with age like slowness and bone aches is according to my physician due to being overweight and age catching up! however, on the recommendation of some running and step-ups i have been feeling much better. besides the weight loss is taking less of a stress on my knee too (climbing the stairs is much better now and i can think of it as an exercise mode). i must say it has changed my outlook about weight loss quite a bit and i am happy!

by longlife501, Mar 31, 2008 04:33AM
so britF and totemgirl, how is it going with you both? i see that you are taking up water as a major source of body nutrition - i think it is great! how is it going with the drug Redusyn? any complaints?

when do you finish your course?

by berner30, Mar 31, 2008 09:32AM
To: everyone
I have hypothyroidism.  Is it a problem with Redusyn?

by totemgirl, Mar 31, 2008 02:04PM
berner30, I think you better ask your doctor on that one, I just don't know about that.  Anyway I am just thrilled with redusyn and longlife, you have done so good !!!!  And BritF, you drink enough, good girl!!  Tomorrow is scale day, wish me luck.  Keep me posted too

by BritF, Apr 01, 2008 12:37AM
Yes I also think that you should talk to your doctor about this. I don't want to tell you anything which might be wrong.
Yes I am also doing great with redusyn. The pills have helped me so much and I am feeling very active too! How much have you lost, totemgirl?

by totemgirl, Apr 01, 2008 12:46PM
Isn't redusyn great, this is my 14th day, and I have lost 12 lbs, my clothes are finally getting loose.  This motivates me even more!!  Everyone has noticed now that I have lost weight.   Might be time soon to buy a new outfit, how about you?  I am also riding my bike alot lately, and now I go swimming, do you think this is enough exercise?

by BritF, Apr 03, 2008 01:45AM
Wow I am sure that you have already dropped a size, haven't you? You should really go on a shopping tour to buy some new clothes. I think you might find something cute! But remember-don't buy clothes which are too expensive because they won't fit you very long anyways 'cause you will keep on losing :-) I am also doing great. I have already lost 6lbs with the help of redusyn! Swimming and biking is good. Maybe you could also try something like walking!

by totemgirl, Apr 03, 2008 04:51AM
Hey you are doing good too, I am going to wait on buying clothes right now, maybe after 10 more pounds, then I will spend all day at the mall.  That would be fun !! I think I walk enough, all day at work, then at home, swimming is really fun now, I want a new bathing suit, maybe that will be the first thing I will buy.  What kind of exercises do you do?

The web site for "Redusyn" is written in awkward language which strongly suggests that the owner is not a native speaker of English and doesn't see any need to hire one to write his advertising copy. "Longlife501"'s posts are written in the same style, so I imagine he is the owner trying to promote his product here.
One of the supposed mechanisms of "Redusyn" is to "boost the blood heat", which I suppose, means cause a fever. Sounds dangerous to me.
Nowhere on the site is there any evidence - even testimonials, which are not good evidence - that anyone, anywhere has ever lost any weight with this product.
Nowhere is there any evidence that it has been tested on humans to see if, while
it is "boosting your blood heat", it might also cause a heart attack or stroke leading to permanent disability or death.
One of the listed ingredients is synephrine, which can cause cardiac arrhythmias
Another ingredient is hoodia Gordonii. There is no published scientific evidence that hoodia gordonii is an effective appetite suppressant in humans. It is almost certainly not the real thing anyway, as this ingredient is widely falsely claimed as an ingredient in weight-loss formulations.
Another ingredient is trimethyxanthine, which is a form of caffeine.
If you want to lose weight and continue to enjoy good health and non-death, I recommend calorie restriction and exercise, although sadly, no lifestyle intervention (diet / and/or exercise) has ever been shown to be effective in permanent weight loss.
If I am wrong, show me the clinical evidence.

you bring up so good points but take me for ex. im am 5/2 and have been under about 120 lbs. my whole life i have had great scence of workout and ect. i then had my son 6 yrs ago and stayed at home the first 18 months with him and ever scence then my weight has count. to climb im pushing the upper 170s and nearing 200 i fear for my height..so i was told to watch my calories and oddly enough i was like it cant be that much i need to reduce so the last two weeks i have recorded everything i ate and drank i then waited to add up the amounts for fear of cheating right..so to my surprize on days that i thought i was binging and or pigging out i was not even bearly pushing 1450-1600 cals. and then on day i tend to watch what i eat my so called healthy eatting days i was from 600-800 cals a day i moderatly exersise ex.45 ever other day, but only can tell if i go (2hr for 4-5 day a week) and realisticly that is murder on my bones and then i binge after. so i stopped over working out..so with light my regular light cals and basic exrercise i am fat and geting fatter by the secound so my point is that some of us need to take diet pills like longlife501 because what you suggested they do i already do on a regular and um yeah increasing in size vs lossing weight..so if you can explain me that id like your feedback,..as for you lifelong501 good luck and soon youll be in a nice pair of skinny 501 jeans=)

I guess when you googled redusyn, you didn't google Boost in Body Heat. It doesn't only mean fever. But boost in body heat is also caused by exercise. It simply means making ur heart work harder. Well when you're trying to lose weight naturally, and you hop on that treadmill do u think u have fever? No ur working heart, more cardiac output...therefore boost in body heat...why do you think when you exercise ur skin and everything gets red..well that's all the heat from the blood that's trying to get released.

And for anyone's kind information, its our bodies we;re willing to try it....if the long way works for u then pls do so we are not the ones telling you to take short cut.

The normal food that we it, with amount of preservatives and everything it goes through do you think that's all natural?? Nothing in the US of A is natural.
