Well I started my 40 day challenge at 191.8lbs -  today I am 187lbs -  a loss of 2.5% -  so I am happy with that :)

So far, since joining Medhelp, I've gone from 191.4 to 183 which is a 4.39% loss. My peak weight was 242...I'm down 24.38% from there...though at one time, when I was maintaining a 100 lb. weight loss for a couple of years, I was down 41.32%. If I achieve my goal weight of 128, it'll be a 33.12% loss from my 191.4 starting weight since joining this site, a 30.05% loss from my current weight and a 47.11% weight loss from my highest ever weight.

WOW!! Since I started my weight loss goal I have lost 13.49% (Start weight 215lbs, current weight 186lbs)
