Sunday Weigh In

Here we are back to Sunday and I've been pretty scarce on the forum this week and I'm sorry for that.  Just seems that life takes over once in a while............

Anyway, I'm sitting at 147, which is up 3 pounds.  My eating has not changed, but I have not been exercising the way I should be because of the way I've been feeling.  With my sluggish thyroid, I can tell that exercise is crucial to even being able to maintain my weight, let alone lose.  

I hope to get in a good work out, or at least a relatively long walk today, but first I've got to get house work done and get ready for the coming work week.

Will be interested in seeing how everyone else it doing.

Yeah, Trudie --- that's totally awesome that you lost 1.4 pounds.  AND how much fun to finally have your exercise room.......I'm so jealous of that.  I'd love to have someplace that I could put all my stuff and be able to go in and close the door and just do it......instead of having to be right out in the dining room....oh well...........such is life and maybe I need to go back and reread Elaine's "thought for the day", huh??

I'm down 1.4 this week although I was very bad yesterday.  I won't tell you what I baked...  Son has moved his stuff out of the spare room so am cleaning up and will be exercising this week!!!

Morning to you, its afternoon here 2.20pm got back from church ate lunch, and just posted the daily thought, dont worry about the gain its hard to lose when you cant exercise, im sure when you start again you will be losing again, keep strong

Well im only down .8 this week, i really need to re-focus on the exercise thing and need to get back to recording on the exercise and food tracker been very lazy with this.
