just stopping by! Congrats to those that lost! Im still going to the gym 5 days a week but i havent posted cus i havent been losing! I have lost inches and the change is big in my pics but the scales are just not budging! IDK if its my eating im struggling with or if its cus i have toned up alot! Every1 keeps saying not to worry since i have lost inches but i would still like to be 10 lbs lighter than i am now!
oh I'm up 2lbs again. Thought I was doing well on the whole but I did have a few treats along the way and I guess I've blown it.
will try harder next week.

I am very happy to report that I am down 2 lbs this week! It helps having a fellow co-worker & I remind each other to drink our water. Also eating healthy is becoming the norm around this house and no longer causing the moans and groans it was earlier in the year when we started this! So, all in all good positive things this week.
Sorry to hear about the stress Barb, hopefully things ease up soon for you.

We promised the kids ice-cream for dessert tonight.... I plan to enjoy some too and then go for a long walk! :D
I am up .4lbs. having pizza two nights in a row didn't help... but I did drink water instead of pop with the pizza which I am proud of.
I am very happy - down 2.8lbs.... finally back on track and in control... had 11 hours at the hospital yesterday with my son and didnt touch one thing of junk food...no chocolate fests like usual if we are hospital bound.. no ice creams either - so I am well proud of myself.
I've had a good week. Got my dream job, no issues around leaving my current employer, and am down 2.6 lbs! I hope I will never see the 200 lb. mark again! Glad to hear others did well and am sorry that you lost weight due to stress Barb. I wish I could lose when stressed, it usually goes the other way for me.
Well Im down 1.4, Im really happy about that.
I havent been able to do any cardio exercise for over a week, as i am awaiting some heart test,

I'm up 0.2 from last week but I'm feeling good about keeping it under control. I'm 125.8, 0.8 away from my goal. My period is almost over and I think this has helped. As usual I would like to try and maintain with out a large jump from a "day off" on my hubby's off work days. This is what I'm going to try and focus on this week. I always look at it as "never overeat again" but maybe if I just try it for this week I can have a "day off" next week if I choose. I'm working on it anyway. lol
Barb135 - Good losing 1.5. That is a great number to lose over a weeks time.
