It feels like an addiction has been broken! If I want carbs for a snack it's cause I want them,not dictacted by behavior, and I am avoiding them
I found a nice take-along small pack of fresh carrots, tomatoes and celery with a veggie dip that I take out when I get the munchies and that's working nicely.
I have made the 3lb mark which has been harder than ever, it seems, to achieve .....this is after 3 yrs of constant weight gain .. to lose 3 is truly amazing for me.
