I'm a 22 year old female and I have had a breast abrasion around the nipple area for about 2 years now. It started to itch a few years back, and started itching more so I itched it and now it's turned into an abrasion that won't heal. There's a yellow/greenish discharge from the abrasion that seeps onto the bra, and usually sticks to it. Then it will crust afterwards, and when I go to peel off the bra it opens up the abrasion again. It's a little painful when I do this, but it's more itchy than anything else. I've tried Hydrocortisone 2% and first aid cream, but it's only a temporary fix. Does anyone know what this might be or can direct me to more information about this?
