High platelet count

Hi I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 yes last may I did Ivf it worked for was pregnant and around 10 week fetal heartbeat reduced so my dr asked me to stop the progestron injection and miscarried in July. Then my dr asked me to take some blood test in sep my test resulted with WBC 12 and platelet count was 380. She asked me to repeAt  the test and WBC is 12 but my platelet count increased from 380 to 442. I am scared I am trying to transfer the frozen embryo by 1 or 2 months. Inbetween after my miscarriage doctor did a hysteroscopy and told me that she removed some scar tissues In august . I am scared why suddenly it's increasing what cud be the reason pls advice me. I m really worried

Your numbers a re well within normal range. Platelet counts can vary somewhat week to week.
