bleeding after orgasm

hello, i am 22 years old and whenever i orgasm (always through masturbation and sometimes with intercourse) i bleed very heavily just for a little while (1/2 or 1 hr max). it's usually a very thick and clotty discharge. when i masturbate, there is no penetration, just clitoral stimulation. i have noticed this problem for at least a couple of years and initially my doctor thought it was because i was in depo provera and had abnormal bleeding all the time. i have been on the pill for over 7 months and my periods are back to normal except after this occurrence following orgasm.

in april i had an abnormal pap smear that indicated i had HGSIL (high-grade intraepithelial lesions) of the cervix. after doing a colposcopy/cervical biopsy, my doctor decided that i am going to have a LEEP procedure for a 1/2 cone biopsy, but she isn't sure what causes the bleeding. they also did an endometrial biopsy as well as a saline infused sonogram to check for endometrial polyps and fibroids to see if that was causing the bleeding, but came up negative. they are stumped.

my sister had severe endometriosis at 31 and had to get a full hysterectomy last year. i, however, do not have any pain or cramping whatsoever, just bleeding. do you know what else could possibly cause bleeding after orgasm? it's gotten to the point where i don't masturbate anymore and i don't wait to reach orgasm during intercourse with my boyfriend because it's so grotesque and messy. what could it be?

I'm 32. I started on the pill at 17 due to heavy periods. I moved to depo at 18 when I was in a serious relationship. My periods stopped.  I was told I had PCOS at age 21 and made the decision with my then fiancĂ© (now husband) to come off birth control. For these 11 years my periods are none existent for months, even years, at a time and then heavy bleeding for up to 4 months (when I was finally given tablets to stop it!). I do get heavy clots/bleeding after orgasm and heavy lifting/excessive exercise. My Dr claims its due to a thickend lining of the womb that doesn't dispell in the usual way due to my pcos/hormone imbalances. The womb contractions shake it all loose apparantly.

Well, I glad its not just me.
I am going on 8 years with this but recently I realized it as something more. Recently because though I am 47 , I never ..self serviced before. And I never had an orgasm until a few years ago.
I am actually restricted by  then  last full OB from using hormonals for some hereditary health conditions. I had already had a son while on BC risk try #2 over year But while asking PP for other methods still suggested yet ANOTHER BC. This time Depo. I was one week short 3rd shot (been on 6 mo) when I contracted something. My third child. >_<
It caused a lot of weird reactions, it was the worst  thing I had ever done.
I had the breakthrough bleeding but have been given clean bill. My fibroid on high outside of uterus  has not done anything different, it only changes radically in pregnancy . Since I have sex infrequently  and my Asperger's usually has my interest low without major interaction, the bleeding was chalked up to intercourse possibly being  incompatible for size/method.
Clean paps and bloodwork and urine. Found that my immature ovary has now been added to the working assembly line though my other ovary is slowing. My Eastern practicioner and chiropractor is sure it is hormonal  imbalance set off by the Depo. Also chides me for not staying to my last regular OB's advice since he knew my body and history very well.

But I never gave it a lot of thought to be concerned or look online about it til now. Clitoral stimulation = water blood being discharged and taking a full 24 hour to clear up. It is similar to ovulation spotting but much lighter in color. I am going to have my skenes glads looked at closely since one seems a little aggravated. So I am going to get a clean bil lof health before I get married next month.  This seems more common than I originally thought.  Though other factors can cause it ,it looks like heavier more controlling types of BC are definitely a culprit

I have just been reading over this all and I know this post is from 7 years ago, everyone seems to be going on about the depo, I have never been on depo and have these exact same problmes, I am only on the pill and have tried numerous ones for the last 6 years. I had the tests come back with a high grade lesion, have all the fard red blood and what not and now seeing some gynaes, had ultra sounds of the ovaries, colposcopies ect now just awaiting a laparoscopy hysteroscopy and D&C to see whether i have endiometriosis. I am super nervous but am glad to have read all this comments above because I know I'm not the only girl like this.. Although I am always super embarrased when this happens when I am with my boyfriend, I rarely ever let myself get to orgasm stage, and sometimes I still bleed and get sever ovarie pain. I would really like to know what causes us poor women to be so broken??

I've  just started this myself. I've started bleeding after an orgasm. I had oral sex oral and I bleed heavily for fifteen minutes then masturbated again today and did the same thing. I was on Depo for the past 5 years and got off of it a few months ago now this started. I just read a few things on the internet saying it could be gonorrhea or chlamydia or out could have to do with cervical cancer or hpv. I've made an appt to see my doctor on the 28 th of May to get some tests done I'll be back for an update!!
