Hi.... my mom-in-law have diabetes and when she went to the dr. she was told she have a sis on her liver....is there anyone who can give me more info about this and I think I know what a sis is but i'm no for sure if i'm right, so if you know that to can you help me with that as well?

The above is correct, liver cysts are common.  Most doctors take a wait and see approach to them with simple montoring of blood work and imaging.

Cysts are fluid-filled sacks.   They are very common.  Most people never know they have them until they have a scan for an unrelated condition.
