Day 5 check in- 264.4lbs! I love this diet, it is so easy for me. A lot of it is mind over matter, really it is. I find my self saying " You can do this" or "It really not bad" or "stop! think about what you are doing" and it works. I know that a lot of the weight i lost right now is water weight but I has so much to lose that it feels good to just such a jump start.
Day 3 check in - 268.0 lbs, that is four lbs in total so far, I know that most of that is water weight, but it dose make me feel better to see the numbers on the scale go down.
Daily Check in- Today was great, stuck to my diet with ease! weight 270.2lbs
Daily check in - Overall good day, I am trying to follow a very strict plan and did well today, with only one slip up. The sad part was I didn't even realized I did it until I was already eating. No wonder I am so fat, I eat out of habit not hunger. While I will see tomorrow what the scales says. I am not expecting any change, but just for updating I will post every day for the 1st month.
